Workshops are a great way to immerse yourself deeply in the Stretch Therapy system by learning about the underlying principles and experiencing for yourself the effectiveness of the techniques.

These longer duration sessions are designed to allow time for all students to receive the personal attention they require and to explore any questions that may arise during the session.

Full Body Stretch Therapy Workshop

This unique 3-hour session will give you an opportunity to learn about the principles behind the system and experience a deep stretch from head to toes. It will include a focus on partner stretching to dramatically increase the effectiveness of each stretch and maximise your experience of tension release.
